Desiree Grosman is in charge of marketing and the customer experience for D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in Portland, Oregon. When she read the copy Scott had scribbled with a blue crayon, she wrote:

Scott found himself blushing for three days after he received the nice comments, until he realized he had actually come down with a horrifying case of Seborrheic dermatitis.
